The Night Time Look - What you need:

If you want to master the Perfect Night Time, Starry Eyed, Flashy Look Ever then you need these things:

Blue Eyeliner Pencil- I used Sephora's but if you're using Dot I suggest using Midnight Blue.
White Eyeliner Pencil
Black Eyeliner Pencil
Black or Blue Mascara Volume and Length
Dark Blue Eyeshadow
White Eyeshadow
Light Blue Eyeshadow
White Liquid Liner
Dark Blue Liquid Liner
A Darker Blue Eyeshadow- I used Midnight Blue from Dot which you can use as well if you used Deep Sea for the original Blue at the start.
Luxe Clear Lipgloss
Dot Fusion Coral Blush

Optional: Blue Highlights with Black Hair really completes the look.
